Use [sponsors] to display a two-column sponsor layout.

Desktop and landscape tablet:
* President's Club appears in the left column.
* Patron appears in the right column.
* Patron editable content appears under the Patron carousel.
* President's Club shows one large logo at a time.
* Patron shows three smaller logos at a time.
* Arrows show only on hover for desktop and landscape tablet.

Mobile and portrait tablet:
* Arrows are completely removed.
* Swipe and dots remain available.
* Layout stacks responsively.
